The Data Midsouth Website is a civic data resource maintained by Innovate Memphis and its community partners. This Data Use Agreement outlines the terms and conditions you must agree to before accessing or using data made available on the Data Midsouth Website. Ownership of Data

DISCLAIMER. DATA MIDSOUTH PROVIDES ALL DATA ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES ABOUT THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA ON THIS SITE. DATA MIDSOUTH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
